Hi there! I’m Mara Serdans. I grew up in Rochester, NY the hometown of Kodak. Yeah, that famous film and camera company. Photography and art have always has been a huge part of my life thanks to where I grew up. Pair that with my long-time love for magazines and it paved the way for my career in advertising, publishing and public relations. I’ve gained the attention of major news outlets like The Wall Street Journal for some of my clients, produced content for a range of big brands like Volkswagen, Taco Bell and Essence Magazine, and worked with some amazing artists along the way. I started this blog so that I could share my knowledge and musings with you. And because life is not all business, my blog is also about other things I love – like healthy living, food, and travel.
